I installing the tia V13 sp1 I wanted to install the V13 upd6 but a fault message appeared see screenshot
can you help me

even if the language in there is not English.

It is a bit of a confusing situation -
Realise that there are two main branches in version 13:
a) Version 13 without service pack   (V13.0.0.x)
b) Version 13 with service pack 1     (V13.0.1.x)

The update you are trying to use is V13.0.0.6 on a system that has V13.0.1.x installed. We are currently at V13 SP1 Update 9 which is V13.0.1.9.

I recommend Update 9.
