Alarms : S7 1500 and function 'Program alarm'

We have a comfort panel TP1200 connected to it. No alarms are separately configured in the panel, they are only programmed in the plc and automatically shown in the TP1200. Now we want to connect a WinCC v7.3 to the plc and want to see the same alarms in the WinCC. Is it possible to receive the alarms generated by the function 'program alarm' in the plc directly in the WinCC 7.3 (if so how?)? Or do we have to set databits with the alarms in the plc and configure alarms in the WinCC on these databits?

bg2492 Diamond Member Joined: 5/16/2014 Last visit: 9/12/2022 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2172)	Hello DavidBrown, if you are connected with WinCC to the PLC, and the runtime is running, you can import the 'program alarm'-message from the PLC to WinCC in the Alarmlogging-Editor via the Item "AS Message".
