S110, ready signal from my drive is not active

I'm trying to run my sinamics s110 drive using s7-300 plc in position control mode.

Communication was established between plc and my drive, which I was able to ensure via the communication LED in my drive.

By the ready signal from my drive is not active. i.e the readable parameter r899 is not getting activated.

Can anyone give me solution for this problem?

Hello,

you will need to check your control sequence. I guess signals like OFF2 and OFF3 are missing. I attached a screenshot of the function diagram of the control sequence (taken from the list manual S120). There you see the necessary control bits to come from status S1 to S2 (and S3, S4..).

I think the best way to check the activated bits is to go online with the drive with STARTER. There you find an overview of the control sequence and watch all signals. 

In general you need to send 47E hex from the PLC in control word 1 for making the drive ready. Sending 47F hex in control word 1 switches on the drive.

I still couldn't move my servo although my CW1 on the attachment is 47F

(Siemens bit order is like 0.7, 0.6, 0.5, 0.4, 0.3, 0.2, 0.1, 0.0, 1.7, 1.6, 1.5, 1.4, 1.3, 1.2, 1.1, 1.0 for 0000 0100 0111 1111)

Oh wait, it needs 47E first, then 47F.

OFF1 will be 0 first, then 1.
