Hi, I am using S7200 Smart ST 20 CPU. I am making a logic in which i need to use around 70 bytes of M/Flag Memory. Can do that...?? Because, When I address the NO contact from M0.0 to M31.0, it works fine but from M32.0, a red underline comes the address, Indicating that something is wrong. What does this mean? Hello susmis; To add to the information provided by Duris, all the S7-200 SMART CPUs seem to provide a total of 256 bits (32 bytes) of M-memory. However, they also provide V-memory, up to 8 kbytes, that you can access in bit ( or byte, or word, or Dword) format through your program; in the example they show V10.2 as a valid bit address. So you could use V-bits in replacement of the M-bits you wanted originaly with the same functionnality. See the following screenshot, taken from this manual: Hope this helps, Daniel chartier |
