Please I need a help to resolve issue with persistent fault MC alarm 421: Drive/actuator under logical address 372 faulty. PROFIdrive: Drive has shut down.
MC component: GF23_RAM_1, TO_DB=    74

I am using 4x Sinamics V90 controlled by profinet IO on CPU 1511-1 PN. Control loop for position is trough the Motion control Technology axis. TIA V13 SP1 Updt 9

This fault is occuring random on all 4 servodrives during their movement - job active. I have checked the alarms directly on the servodrives, but nothing appeared there. Just showing s-off after the fault in PLC diagnostic buffer appears.

Just after fault confirmation in technology axis, the drive works normally until next fault occures.

Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

do you use a failsafe DO unit for controlling STO at the V90? This could be the problem. Please check the drive, whether STO was selected in those cases.

If yes you need to disable the "dark-tests" of the DO as the V90 does not have a filter to filter out those short failsafe dark tests.

I put in a relè that it filters the "dark-test" between STO drive and DO failsafe.

i have the same problem, which appears only after I activate Safety. I use Tiav15 with S120PN-2 and ihave 5 Axis.

What should I do?

I didn't understand the solution from here.
