6AV6 648-0BC11-3AX0 Configuration Software

Dear friends,

Currently, I have the "6AV6 648-0BC11-3AX0" touch panel, and i am using it for a small project.

I am wondering what is the configuration software for the referred panel, also I need to know what type of programming cable needed to do the programming.

You have been with us long enough to see that this version of WinCC Flexible (SP4) is not available for download.

You must contact your nearest Siemens rep.if you wnt to purchase it.

It seems that the WinCC Flexible 2008 SP4 is released for the China marlet only, in order to connect to S7-200 SMART PLCs and SMart HMI panels.

It looks (from the links at the end of the following thread) that it can be programmed in English; but as stated it is released only for the Chinese market.
