It is absolutely possible to communicate via Profibus.

This link, might help:
how do you configure a connection between WinCC flexible Runtime (PC/Panel) and a SIMATIC S7-300/S7-400 via Profibus/MPI?

Restriction is max. baudrate is 1,5 Mb and HSA should be less or equal 63.
It is possible when you use WinCC flexible 2005 or higher.
Go to connections -> parameters.
On the left you see HMI and on the right PLC station. In the middle you can select Network, choose profile 'DP'

I did this and it's works very good, but there is a problem for data exchanging,

I need a solution for doing Fixed Frequency from HMI to MM420 on Profibus 

please help me
