D425 Drive ready is RED

Hello Everyone

Let me start off by saying this was the first time I have user used scout and worked on this type of machine. The problem I have is that machine was running then stopped, and when I looked on D425 I saw the unit was in run mode, but the ready was red. Now after struggling to figure out how to get online and eventually getting the diagnostics log from the unit I though I had it sorted. Howevever I am struggling to Decode the log.  I have also attached the log. For the "Error during ramp-up" I saw that the unit is waiting for fault ack, but since nothing in terms of programming has changed I am not sure why it is waiting. Then for the "Fault DO" I have no idea where to start with that since I cant find any info anywhere. What I saw from previous posts if ready=red=drive fault. But I am not sure how to find out any more info.
