Want to create a GlobalDB by openness scripte in Visual Studio

fa_98 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi, I want to create a GlobalDB by openness scripte in Visual Studio in my project, but just I found in the reference in Siemens.Engineering only CreateFB or Create IntanceDB. Can anyone help me? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from TIA openness Creating project.

Aaron B Regular Member Joined: 11/18/2014 Last visit: 1/5/2024 Posts: 11 Rating: (2)	You can create a global DB as a text file (with .db extension) and then import that as a block using the Openness Import functions (you can find reference on how to use them in the Openness manual). You can find the format of the .db file by exporting an existing global DB from a TIA Portal project.
