Have you tried opening the V11 block in V13 SP1 or SP2 before opening it for your S7-1500 project so it will upgrade to a newer version? If you have a valid license for your s7-1500 PLC, you can install TIA Portal V13 SP1 (preferably SP2) using the same license to upgrade the older block. Both versions of TIA Portal can run on the same PC. pj_wh I'm still waiting.....

pj_wh Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	I'm new user of Portal, my software is V14, it seems that I should install a Portal V11 to open the Pirotechnic.al11 file, and open my project in V14 at the same time, then copy the FB/FC/DB that I need from V11 to V14
