I'm getting error "Interconnect 254:61040" when trying to make a connection from a CFC in one H-system to a CFC in another H-System. Using PCS7 v7.1 I have understood that the system automatically generates the necessary communications in NetPro (and in the @1.. CFC-charts?).

Also I read that the maximum signal exchange is 200 signals. What do I have to do if I need to exchange more signals than that?

To exchange more signals, probably you could use FB1893 Rcv_DigV, FB1894 Rcv_AnaV, FB1891 Snd_DigV, and FB1893 Snd_AnaV. 

Then configure the symbol connection using netpro.
