Hi, Can anyone suggest doecuments for understanding how siemens handles PWM output functionality? Regards Paresh |

Dear Paresh, You can generate pulse outputs or PWM via fast outputs using one of Siemens Compact CPUs. CPU312C: 2 channels pulse width modulation up to 2.5 kHz CPU313C / CPU313C-2PtP /CPU313C-2DP: 3 channels pulse width modulation up to max. 2.5 kHz CPU314C-2PtP /CPU314C-2DP: 4; Pulse width modulation up to 2.5 kHz You will found answer of your question "How to generate PWM from compact CPUs?"in chapter 5.7 in this manual: S7-300 CPU 31xC Technological Functions (CPU 312C, CPU 313C, CPU 314C) Best regards, |
