The parameters are, Band rate -- 9600 Parity ------- None Stop bits ----- 1 Data lenth ---- 8 bytes the plc configuration is CPU - IM151-8 PN/DP (6ES7-151-8AB00-0AB0) + 1SI module - 6ES7-138-4DF11-0AB0 i found som sample projects but those are with CPU + ET200S + 1SI am not sure that, weather my configuration wil work ???? the same library blocks can be used or not??? thanks in advance Attachment SI_Modul_via_CP_LIB_v10.zip (302 Downloads)

Open the project in the STEP 7 SIMATIC manager by selecting "File > Open > Sample projects". The sample program is available as a compiled program and as an ASCII source file. There is also a symbol table containing the symbols used in the example. The manual is available here: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/9260793
