Profibus Communication between S7-1200 (slave) PCI-Card Hilscher

I've been looking up in Google and I've been reading the manuals from Siemens but I couldn't understand, how can i manage the data from my DB to the PCI-Card Profibus. In the manual of the Hilscher explain the hardware configuration in S7-300 I did the same, now I have communication, but I don't how can I transfer de data from the profibus to my DB. Thanks in advance for your answers

And basically the settings are How do you configure a PC station as DP master for connecting to a DP slave for the SIMATIC NET OPC server with the SIMATIC NET PC software? unfortunately in case of Siemens software and hardware. best regards, Hristo Mihalev

The hardware is clear for me, although I'm having problems with the data exchange between BD, becasue I don't know, how can I configarate this module inside the programmation of the TIA portal. best regards
