SonNH Posts: 50 Rating: (1)	I used WinCC v7.0 and now WinCC TIA portal. WinCC TIA is excellent to program and also intergrated with Step 7 TIA to make easy to manage and build automation project. But I've never feel enough with WinCC report. I want to build a dynamic report, allow choose start time, end time, calculate production mass...with many filter like user, machine. Anyone give me any ideal? Or I must use third party application to generate report from WinCC SQL Database. Tks Best regards

Tweety Thanks Tweety I used WinCC v11 report built-in to make my own report but It's not enough. I've search many topic about this question like that on Google, and see some ways: 1. Use third-party application like MS Excel or another SQL report. With SQL report, do i need to build executable application to generate report? 2. Use WinCC Option like Data connectivity or Data Monitor. But I need to buy more lisence and make complicated installation. 3. Make my own database (I don't know WinCC TIA allow or not) and write my own application to access. So, which the way have best performance and easy to do? Tks Best regards

So is this possible to use C language and WinCC OLE DB to make report? I heard many about Crystal Report. So can I use Visual C++ and Crystal Report to make report for WinCC? Tks Best regards
