OP7 download problem

The panel was all right, it functioned for a year or so, when the customer needed some modifications. The I realised that it's not possible to download a new configuration to the OP7. The error message I get is: E4022: Internal Error Download 1A002540H. No connection to the OP. I use serial download, the cable/PC is good, everything works perfectly with any other OP7. Besides downloading, the OP7 is actually OK, the old configuration is running. I've tried to erase the flash, that worked also, still the same error message in ProTool. I use ProTool V6.0 SP2. Any ideas?

Nemo, I can't see how can that FA help me, as I see it it referes to updating the operating system on Windows-based panels. Maybe should I try to update the operating system on my OP7? By the way, is that possible? Thanks for answers... jboti

Smurf Silver Member Joined: 9/28/2005 Last visit: 10/24/2024 Posts: 414 Rating: (28)	Hi, I gues what you should do is to erase the panel by pressing the buttons ESC, arrow down, arrow right at the same time when powering up the OP7. See also chapter 15.2 of the OP7 manual. After this the OP7 is in its originial state and ready for download.
