Dear Expert, we have one HMIMP 277 but its screen have problem so nothing is seen on screen. i want to upload program of HMI & I haveSIMATIC_HMI_ProSave V10.0 incl. SP1software.In this HMI screen problem so is it possible to upload program usingProSave V10.0 incl. SP1software without taking HMI in transfer mode....because we cant see on screen... Hello, it can be uploaded. you have totry withproper commucation mode which is selected in MP277. |

Dear Expert, We have previous OP270 10" HMI ,we have taken HMI backup using ProSave V10.0 incl. SP1& we want to restore in MP 277 10" key which is available with us... but not restore in MP 27710" . Siemens says that it is(MP 277 10" iscompatible with OP 270 10"then why it is not restore... Please reply.. |

Please reply.. You should have original HMI backup for this. . Restoring Uploaded Backup of HMI to new HMI is only possible with same type of HMI Panel. . |

could we migrate this old HMI backup(take backup using prosaveProSave V10.0 incl. SP1)& download to new one ....is it possible... |

yes you can add only ip address and mac address of hmi then go to backup and start button click you uploading will start................................... |
