M.abdelkader Advanced Member Joined: 9/26/2012 Last visit: 3/14/2024 Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	Dear all, i have a simovert masterdrive type [ 6SE7015 - 0EP60 ] compact plus.when i start the drive it display F026. Siemens manual said that due [ UCE lower switch tripped ]. I checked the motor , cableand its insulation it was normal. I checked CUVC and the power board but everything seems to be normal. I tested CUVC on another drive it works normally. I suspected in current sensing circuit so i measured CT resistance by a regular multimeter(fluke) the resistance of each CT was 1.7 Kohm.i dont know if that means the CT was defected?? as i measured the CT resistance for another drive [ 6SE7016-1TA61 compact]it was 54 ohm. CT type for [ 6SE7015 - 0EP60 ] was [ LEM LA55-P ] CT type for [ 6SE7016 - 0EP61 ] was [VAC 4645 X012] please help me as i have many defected driveswith that problem and all we made is to replace it. rkparida Posts: 26 Rating: (2)	Pls.interchange cable at terminal V1/T2 on W1/T3 and vice versa(out put cable of the drive). then your fault may get change to F027. If so then problem in CT or Field. For CT resistance i measured in a chsis drive it shows in Kilo ohm but working fine.

Thanks for your reply ranjan; I made this trail but the problem still exists.I installed a new drive and the motor worked normally. I made a sweep between the IGBTs in a chasis drive [6SE7023-8TD61] with F026 problem and the fault still appearing just after power on the drive. this problem getting me maaaad,

MAC84 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have experience alot with this kind of Faults eg. F025, F026, F027 respectively. As for your reference these faults: F025 =UCE Ph. L1 A UCE shutdown has occurred in phase L1 F026 =UCE Ph. L2 A UCE shutdown has occurred in phase L2 F027 =UCE Ph. L3 A UCE shutdown has occurred in phase L3 Now, for your remedy with these faults you must directly replaced the IGD-Inverter Gate Drive board with respect to the location of the fault. Example: if the fault is F025, then replace IGD board in Phase Line 1. if the fault is F026, then replace IGD board in Phase Line 2. if the fault is F027, then replace IGD board in Phase Line 3. But before you conclude that its the IGD board is defective please check first the connection of all fiber optic link starting from the IVI board going to the IGD board. If you see that all the fiber optic links are satifactory then proceed to changing directly the IGD board. hazem Bronze Member Joined: 2/15/2010 Last visit: 1/20/2024 Posts: 329 Rating: (6)	i got same problem and changed IGBT and still same problem!!! the problem gone after i changed triggering board on top of IGBT and before this problem L2 phase current was lesser that L1,L3. so triggering board was problem eventhough manual would say IGBT shorted

Please check L2 phase for short circuit or ground fault. Measure cable & motor I.R. with megger. If drive is with SAFE STOP function, check its terminal connections at X9- 5&6 Check the resistnace of both CTs, it must be same. Since your problem seems to be intermitent, check for any loose connection. HTH.
