I want to know how to get access to Industry Mail.

I want to configure online onesinamics g120 in order to create a new standard and make a new project in my company.

To my knowledge, anyone can access the Industry Mall, through this link:

You can search for Siemens automation equipment through the navigation tree (see attachment) or use the Search Box available.

When you open the G120 page, you will find a paragraph on configuration that contains this information:

Online DT Configurator
In addition, the DT Configurator can be used on the Internet without requiring any installation. The DT Configurator can be found in the Siemens Industry Mall at the following address: 
http://www.siemens.com/dt-configurator

The online configurator will give you options to select the correct model of , and provide the final part number:

What you cannot do on the industry Mlal, without official Logon, is obtain pricing and delivery information. Once you have the prt number, you have to contact your nearest Siemens rep to have this information.

The problem is when i tried to sign in...

The system tell me that i am not allow to enter and kic k me out...

Maybe my account dont haved the user rigths needed...

Are you trying to use your logon from the Siemens forum to access the Industry Mall? What happens if you try to access the configurator directly thorough the link provided in the last post, or though this one?

I usually connect to the Industry Mall through the link I showed you and enter without logging in. I even skip the country selection unless I am looking specifically for something in a particular language. I just use the search box to look for a part number or a product name, or use the Navigation tree at the left to circumscribe my search (as shown in the screencapture I posted earlier).

Have you tried the same?
