After connecting power , transmitter not displaying anything

Hi All 

bought 7ME6910-1AA10-1AA0    flow transmitter( which is 240 volt)  and then as found out its only 24 volt supply avaialble on machine ,bought  separate 24 v board connection card  and installed it on transmitter 

but after connecting power , transmitter not displaying anything . any idea what could be reason ?

Could you clarify what you mean by 24V board connection card ?

In the operating instructions for the MAG 500 there is a clear indication on how the 24 VDC power should be connected. Is this how you have wired it?

Hello.

The main electronics board are different for 230 V and 24 V version.

So you cannot connect a 24 V CONNECTION board to a transmitter which is originally designed for 230 V AC

Based on your statement,  I checked the FI01 catalog, with results in the screenshot below. This confirms that there are different part numbers for the MAG 5000 depending on the power design.

You can't just swap the 220V AC PCB with 24V DC version as main mother board of transmitters are different. There is one option, you can buy a reliable converter from 24V DC to 230 AC. MAG5000/600 doesn't require high Amp rating so it will work.
