Hi, I have a similar problem, the axis is giving me an alarm called "window for dynamic following monitoring exceeded" while using a pos axis control. We've tried changing the P1120 and P1121 for the Ramp-Function Generator ramp-up and down times, with some positive results, but still without achieving the needed acceleration of the motor. We have generated graphics, and changed the gains from the sinamics in the speed controller and the servo gain in the simotion closed-loop control, but new errors such as motor stalled, or motor locked-speed had appeared. As you can see in the pictures 1.jpg and 2.jpg, when we increase the accelaration the actual position is left behind. In the 3.jpg in the Sinamics we can see the effects of the gains in the peaks in the acceleration ramp. Any suggestion? Thanks

You need to look also for Axis mechanical jaming. If position axis run longer in current limit than this fault will occur.Monitor current during trip. |
