Looks fine... Do you monitor the status using variable statusscreen? Do you test all Bytes, not only the first? What are the adresses of the slots(I/Q)? |

Dear IBN-Service, >>What CPU? 6ES7 412-3HJ14-0AB0 and 6ES7 151-8FB01-0AB0 >>RED LED on CPU? Yes, but since I have created a new program for testing the coupler, I haven't config others connected modules in HW configuration. >>Prozess Image is large enough? Process image inputs: 2048 bits Process image Outputs: 2048 bits Is that not large enough? >>You see on BOTH sides just the DIAG-Bit, nothing else? Yes. >>You are shure that you set the outouts in sending PLC? Yes. I have attached the testing program. (I changed the IO slots address from 200 to 0) Regards, Ktsui Dear ste39, Thanks for your help Regards, Ktsui AttachmentTest_DP_.zip (94 Downloads) |

Hello Ktsui your Process Image is certainly large enough, problem is that none of your DP/DP coupler I/O modules are using it. By default the should be assigned to "OB1 PI", but in your case none of them is assigned to "OB1 PI" nor any of the PIP's (Process Image partitions). Anyhow, the fix is simple, double click on each I/O moduleof your DP/DP coupler and select "OB1 PI" from the drop down list as per attached pic. I hope this helps |
