Hi All, I am new at using Micromaster 430. I need MM430 to start up once the DIN 1 is "ON" and based on the analog input (4~20mA) ADC1. I had try to start the 37kW motor just now, but unfortunately, it did not move at all. Below are my parameter setting that I use, how someone can help me to solve my problem. The attached file is my MM430 connection circuitry. P500 = 1 P0701 = 1 P0703 = 9 P0718 = 0 P0725 = 0 P0731 = 52.1 P0732 = 52.2 P0733 = 52.3 P0756 = 2 P0757 = 4 P0758 = 0 P0759 = 20 P0760 = 100 P0776 = 0 P0777 = 0.0 P0778 = 4.0 P0779 = 100 P0780 = 20 Hope to get some reply soon. Dear Vithani, Thank you everyone that view this messsage and try to give me some ideas how to rectify my problem. I am glad to said that I had solved it today. And you are right, Vithani, the MM430 do not receive the ON command. I solve the problem by changing my electrical wiring, you can view in the attachement. But in the Instruction Manual of MM430, I can wired the DI, according to the previous drawing. Not sure why I cannot get it to work. Have a nice day ahead.
