Hello, I am unable to download the update via any method; either through the app or directly downloading from the website. The error from the app is shown in the attachement. 32 and 64 bit versions fail the same way. When I download the update directly, it simply asks me to choose a new folder and will not progress beyond that. The download itself, by both methods, seems to end before the progress bar completes. The file is reported to be about 140 MB, but I only get about 75 MB. I have tried with Internet explorer, Chrome, Firefox and with my android phone. Result is always the same. Please help. Thanks.

Firstly please try to follow the steps of this FAQ: With LOGO!Soft Comfort how do you make an upgrade, update or extension via the Update Center? Secondly try also to solve you problem following the steps of this FAQ: How do you install a downloaded upgrade for LOGO!Soft Comfort with or without installed LOGO! software? When you have Windows 7 have also a look on this FAQ: Why does an error message appear when installing an update/upgrade for LOGO!Soft Comfort in Windows 7?
