Hello youssef; It is apparent that the RPBA telegrams follows the Profidrive profile, and it is easier to understand this structure if you take into account that you can read/write to a single parameter per telegram. So yes, in this example, you are addressing parameter #12.02, Constant Speed 1 (in the ABB drive parameter structure), and you are writing a value to that parameter (100 dec, in this case). Note that the telegram you are writing in this example is the end result of the use of the Parameter Identification section (4 words long) in PPO types 1, 2 or 5 only. You do not wwrite the telegram as you see in your example, you must build it up using the 4 words available in these PPOs. Hello youssef; Possibly you will find your answers in this document from ABB: you can set the drive profile (ACS 800) either as Vendor-Specific (based on ABB drive specifications) or Profidrive (Generic). See this application note from ABB: https://library.e.abb.com/public/4a6d902ea76e78dfc2256ef30040f2c1/00364765.pdf If the profile is set to Profidrive, you read/write all the parameters in your manual as described. Please also note this warning for read/write operatoions on Profidrive parameters (page 55 of the manual): Note:Continuous (cyclic) writing of PROFIdrive parameters should be avoided as the values of these parameters are stored in the flash memory of the RPBA-01. The estimated lifetime of the flash memory is 1,000,000 program/erase cycles, and continuous writing will cause the memory to fail prematurely. Hope this helps, |
