Please resolve the Batch server Error. It happened this situation during Batch recipe running. I don't know the reason why ? so I attached some Error pictures. |

Hi, it seems that the BATCH Server stops running. Did you restart the Batch Server again. In your case I would collect the diagnostic data. After that I would restart the Batch Server, download the Batch data again and make PCell Update. If the Problem is not solved than open a Service request. Hi, you can find some information in Windows envent logs. BATCH also generates trace fils. but you to activate them. How you can do this you can find under the following link: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/48698507
But be carreful by activating traces files because they need a lot of performance. Normally you should contact the technical suppport. They will analyze the behavior and they will also tell you which traces you have to activate. |
