Hi, Zyad I am sorry if I say something straighten--Why have you kept ask simple question and did not follow suggestion people here gave to you.PISCEAN 2010 posted detail of SIMO COM U information just after your 1st question, why did not you read and do something. I suggested you provide detail of your system and post the picture --why no response just reaped simple questions--did you get your problem done? If you need faster help--you need help us faster to understand your problem. So please provide what we need to get better help I add something to let you understand-- AS in the forum here, all we did are remote help, we need users post the information as much detailed as possible and attach pictures. I have very good example in my local customer services in last month. The customer had 840D controlled m/c with issue no communication NCU to HMI , they asked my help by sending pictures and alarms --similar like here --remote help, the problem is the information and the pictures were less useful --so there m/c had kept down for more than a month. Finally I have been invited to on the site services--can you image--I fixed the issue in 30 min's Do you think this example can show you the big different between remote help and on the site help? We are NOT in present of your system--so please send more detailed information!
