Hi Everyone, I am facing issue with the IO redundancy in analog input module (6ES7 331-7KF02-0AB0). As per the following forum i have used the same call sequence for the blocks (FC450,FC451, FB450, FB451,FB452). My problem is 1. when i generate the wire break in lower address module (IW512) my lower address channel get passivated, ACTIV_L = 1 ACTIV_H = 1 CH_L = 0 CH_L = 1 Status word = 16#fbc2 2. when i generate wire break in higher address module (IW592) my higher and lower address both channnel get passivated. ACTIV_L = 1 ACTIV_H = 1 CH_L = 0 CH_L = 0 Status word = 16#fbc0 3. If i try to remove the front connector of 1st module. ACTIV_L =0 ACTIV_H = 1 CH_L = 0 CH_L = 1 Status word = 16#bbc2 4.If i try to remove the front connector of 2nd module. ACTIV_L =1 ACTIV_H = 0 CH_L = 1 CH_L = 0 Status word = 16#7bc1 I have tried with various setting but not able to find the solution. Kindly request you all to provide your valuable advice.
