Thank you for your response. I have tried most of the printer available. Any recommendation from your side which might work? |

Dear Dinesh, This sounds to me as your PDF printer would print in black and white to save (color-)toner/ink Just jocking. If I were in your shoes, I would go down this road: ==> first of all, I would download the "DokuPack" for the affected version; In that documents (PDF files collection, the official COMOS documentation) I would search for the tested and released combination of COMOS with the PDF printers. Than, I would test that released combination. Here attached you can see a screenshot about the PDF printers, from the 10.3 (latest) COMOS documentation. ==> The settings of the PDF printer should be checked, to be sure. ==> In case of guessing that COMOS does not behaves right, I would open a ticket at Siemens. In it, I would document the exact COMOS-Version, the affected PDF printer confirming it's version, documenting with a screenshot the settings of that printer. While you open a ticket, you can upload the files. I also would start the DebugViewer in the background, after that print the report, save the log file from the DebugViewer (from Microsoft, free, no installation needed only run) and add that text file to the ticket. As COMOS is very powerful, it will be important to mention the used workflow, where you have clicked on. From the support, you can even get a template document which can be used to open tickets, to do not forget any important information. At the same time, you can keep that template after entering the information which does not change so often: up from the next ticket, you will save time. Time is money. ==> Also, in case other COMOS-Admins/Users have a suggestion for good and tested combination, they should feel them self, invited to share that shortly here with us all. Like that, I would work to get a released and supported combination. That is important, in case you need further support from Siemens. I hope that this is a bit helpful for you.
