Hello Hich_IO; That specific hotfix is quite old, and Step 7 v5.4 has been replaced first by Step 7 v5.5, now by Step 7 v5.6. Hotfix 4 for Step 7 v5.4 SP5 is no longer available on the Product Support. One option is to do a support request (the link is at the top of this page) and ask Siemens techs to provide the file; I doubt that they will have it on hand, and they might simply suggest to purchase a Step 7 v5.5 (or 5.6) license, which includes all the modifications and HSPs from preceding versions. Thank you for your answer, I really appreciate it, I have already downloaded the last hardware update contained the CP-342-5 6GK7 342-5DA03-0XE0 in the Hardware Configuration (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/23183356) but I couldn't copy the requested module CP-342-5 6GK7 342-5DA03-0XE0 to my catalog. I have the Step 7 V5.4 SP5 and I need to install the HotFix4 for STEP7 V5.4+SP5 the problem the old CP-342-5 6GK7 342-5DA02-0XE0 is defected and we are facing the process destabilization. Is there any other way to download this .exe file? Thank you, Hich_IO |
