Hello! I was checking this topic to know how to solve an alarm I'm having at this time: 230001 Axis B1 SERVO_3:3:5(5) Component Motor_module_11: Power unit: Overcurrent: Fault cause: 11 bin As I saw in this post the problem was overcurrent on bin 10 (V phase), and my problem is bin 11, is this W phase, Am I wrong? Hello, It is not double channel. It is single chanel. [0] = motor encoder feedback & [1] = external encoder feedback. You need to activate motor encoder feed back, de activate safety integrated & reference the axis. Then check the difference between motor & encoder position. Then set safety integrated.
