Hello, what application do you want to realize? For continuous movement it is better to use the following motion control functions:
The MC_MoveAbsolute command is to reach a target which is definded by input "position" of the function block. If you first do not know the target position and get the right position during the movement, you could use MC_MoveAbsolute to a "safe position", maybe in front of the hardware switch of the axis and if you know the target to go, you start a second command MC_MoveAbsolute to this target position to move the axis to that position. At the other command, you will get a "CommandAborted" output signal... For more information of the function blocks, please have a look to the manual:
