Dear Kishor, Yes, I know that error message, but: it could have various sources. In the error message box, you see that it could be that you have a local license restricted to a USB-Dongle; The Dongle has to stay connected to the machine where you use the license all the time... if you disconnect it, you will see this error. The Dongle needs an extra driver, is not plug&play. It also could be that you are using a license which comes over the LAN/Local Area Network in your company from a Comos License Server. If the connection gets lost, between the client and the CLS, you will see this error. Or, if the traffic light of the CLS (ComosLicenseServer) is not green anymore, you will get this error message. As we are talking about a tech. issue, it makes no sense to guess which could be the reason for your issue, for me. So, to solve this (in case you have not found yet a solution) would be the best to have a look into it with a ticket, sending your files there. I guess that you do not like to publish your license and logs and so on here, for everybody.
