Hi, is message queing in windows activated`? Is your system compatible? Chech here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/kompatool/pages/main/index.jsf Another possibility to solve: You have to deactivate WinCC RT & then go to Alarm Logging. At there you will find Message archive option. Just right click it & reset the archive, After then restart PC & WinCC. Is the SQL service running? B.R. |
