Dear All, I am facing strange issue at site. I have CPU 412-2 PN and remote IO ET200M IM153-4 PN. Recently, entire rack goes to fault, IM CPU shows SF and when I see diagnostic buffer, I see OB85 called with all the addresses in the rack. Also Profinet station failure fault occurs. My question is how to localize fault and why entire rack is going down? I tried changing all suspected cards, IM module and backplane connectors. But still it happens randomly once in a day. After restart of rack, issue is resolved. I see this manual pg.219 which says contact Siemens partner. What does it mean? Does Siemens share some more information with partners? Hello Kbv; When Siemens asks you to contact a partner, it generally means that you should send the contents of your diagnostic buffer (Save As.. button in the diagnostic buffer screen) to a Siemens Support, using a Support Request (link at the top of this page). We of course would try to help you if you send us the same diagnostic buffer log, as Comet has proposed already.
