Connect ABB rtu and 7sj to eachother

Hi dear Mike, 

i want to connect ABB rtu and 7sj to eachother. i prepare cid of 7sj with rcb in Digsi and then export it to pcm. then in pcm i combined it with RTU cid, and finally i import SCD to RTUtill, but it dose not work properly and is inoperable?

can you guide me? Is there a need to import the cid file of RTU into Digsi? when and where i should enter the IP of RTu in Digsi???
