connecting B&R ex282 powerlink bus controller with s7-300

arain Posts: 61 Rating: (0)	hello experts. i using cpu 315 with cp343-1 and B&R ex282 bus controller card. i want to know that can i establish connection dirctly between cp343 and ex282 by using ethernet? and receive data from ex282. B&R ex282 is the powerlink ethernet module and cp343 is ethernet tcp/ip. is there any interface required to connect boht modules?

Pittiplatsch Posts: 1368 Rating: (128)	Hello, if i remember me, the ex282 is protocol "Ethernet powerlink" and the CP343 "Ethernet TCP/IP". So you need a Gateway between these modules... for example http://www.hms.se/technologies/powerlink.shtml Greetings

arain Posts: 61 Rating: (0)	hello Pittiplatsch actullay there is running system and harware configuration is B&R powerpanel 4pp220 is communcation with ex282. i need to access the data of analog module attaced with ex282 on WINCC. 1st option was that i use cp343 and gateway to access that analog channel of ex282. is there any opc server which allow me to receive the data on wincc directly ?via ethernet powerlink
