Hello DS_7; You say you now have a CPU 312C (what happened to your CPU 315-2DP?) This compact CPU has integrated digital inputs and outputs, and 2 of the inputs can be configured as HSC, with which you can use the technological functions for counting as described in Mohamed Ibrahim`s post earlier. If you want to use the ET 200S 1-Count module or a FM 350-1 or FM-350-2 counter modules, you cannot use technoogical blocks reserved for the S7-31xC CPUs. See the information below: ET200S TECHNOLOGICAL FUNCTIONS —— 1COUNT https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/87560033 Simatic FM 350-1 First Steps in Commissioning https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/2746047 What are the differences between the counter modules FM350-2, FM350-1 and ET200S1Count when determining measuring results? https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/43101042 Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
