Have you followed these steps S7300 and MMC reset If you do have new empty memory card try with that one. You are sure that voltage supply is OK? First thing would be to isolate whether it is hardware problem. Disconnect everything beside CPU even IO devices with profibus, and place inside brand new empty MMC. Looks like you are having a great time on commissioning!!! |

And don't format the MMC at the PC. How do you format or reset an MMC (Micro Memory Card) for SIMATIC S7-300 CPUs? |

Yes. I checked the supply voltage is ok. However, I have a suspicion on the bus inside the PLC - 5 volts (DC5V) Maybe something is wrong with her ??? Is there a fuse there ???

Hello Unreality; This does not look good for your CPU 319-3PN/DP. I doubt that there is a fuse on the 5VDC connection; if there is, it would be on the circuit board of the CPU, normally a small Solid-State fuse was installed to protect the 24 V line in case 230 VAC is applied to the PLC (at least on the older S7-300s). I would not recommend opening the plastic cover of the CPU, unless you are willing to work with a no-longer-guaranteed unit. Have a look at chapter 10 (Debugging functions, diagnostics and troubleshooting) in the following document (see the attachment below) and study the recommendations in this discussion : SIMATIC S7-300 CPU 31xC and CPU 31x: Installation https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/13008499 CPU 319 Not Responding, all LED are on constantly Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

dchartier, I read the topic that you attached ... This is a similar situation, but not quite the same as mine ... If you watched a video, first one LED DC5V blinks two times, then all at once, and this repeats once of second ... When I had the opportunity to connect to the PLC, I unfortunately did not save the service data. However, I was able to detect this controller only by MPI (there was a device with address 1), but then there was nothing further, only messages like: "Online connection aborted" I think I would not be able to save service data, in this situation ((( someone is already selling, on ebay a similar controller))) Siemens Simatic 6ES7318-3EL00-0AB0 S7-300 Cpu 319-3 Pn/DP 6es7 318-3el00-0ab0 What I want as a result: Can I do something with my controller or not? Are there any options to repair it ??? What will give me service data ??? (can I decipher them ...) |
Best Regards |
