HMI not letting insert any valve on 12" HMI

Hello,

Recent am working with Siemen Simatic HMI MP277 6" and 12" HMI, the issue we facing the 12" HMI not communicating with 12" HMI. I check all the parameter in machine HMi but no luck. basically the machine has to work with remote mode but in case option the HMI not letting insert  any valve on 12" HMI. rest 6" HMI working in local mode, let me know what i can do to make it work on remote mode.
