Then you can read data from SQL via script and copy it to some tag of PLC DB. Other possibility is to write your own program lets say in C# or C++, read data from SQL with it and then use OPC functions to write that data to PLC. There are lots of examples in Simatic.NET CD on how to use OPC with C++. But first you need to decide how you want to do it and the we can talk about more information.

Sales and delivery release for CP 343-1 ERPC Linking the CP 343-1 ERPC to a MES/ERP database I hope this helps
