what controller and hardware do you use?

 As I want to remember the location of 10 products. When the product goes from the starting position to the end position.

You can use a multi-denominational array and FIFO code to keep track of the products.

What I commonly do is this, when the product activates the sensor I take the current count from HSC add the number of pulses to the trigger which in your case is 30000 and that becomes my "go to position" then put that in an indexed array.

For example:

Product #1  HSC current count : 2501 +  30000 = go to position 32501 store in array element 1

Product #2 HSC current count : 2652 + 30000 = go to position 32652 store in array element 2

As I'm adding new go to positions into the array I'm using FIFO to load the first DINT position into HSC reference value to generate a hardware interrupt to place the product where it needs to be or in your case activate a cylinder to push the product out.

CTRL_HSC_EXT collect the same input address but output multiple data outputs separately?
