Hi, I currently have an application with 2 drives G120C PN. These 2 drives were set by someone with HSP Sinamics Firmware v4.7.9. I have HSP Sinamics Firmware v4.7.10 installed on my computer. The thing is I can't access to the parameters of these Drives, it saying "please install HSP Sinamics Firmware v4.7.9". I was not able to see the firmware here, can you help me on this? Hello ChristophD, Thank you for the link. When I start the installation, it's saying that I can't update with this one because I have already a newer version (update 7). Do I have to uninstall my version? In that case what is the step to uninstall it correctly? Thank you for your help. Best regards Fab |

Hello, you should not install update 5 you should install HSP 4.7.9. this was the zip after the Update Links!
