Networked Reset input function from HMI gets stuck in Logo

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum and this is my first post, I have done some searching but unsure what I should call this issue I have.

Some information about my Project:

• Logo!8.FS4 with AM2 module
  
• KTP400
• SICK Light Grid Sensor MLG-2 Pro
• Sick Incremental Encoder DFS60
• Netgear GS108T switch (So that I can communicate with both the HMI, Sensor and Logo at the same time).

My problem is that after arround 6-8 Hours it didn't make any errors on boxes that are over the limit. First I tried to power off/on the HMI which did nothing, then I tried to only power off/on the Logo and this worked. I changed some settings on the cycle time on the HMI tags, I increased the ones I could from 0.1 to 1.0 and 10.0 seconds and I unplugged the sensros Ethernet cable from the switch.

Yesterday after almost 2 weeks I got the error again. This time I hooked up the computer to check the logo online, it showed me that the Reset function that comes from the HMI is always ON and therefore is continiously resetting the faults that might come. I did a power off/on for the logo and at the moment it is still working. I have checked that the memory is not full, and it said I had plenty left in the logo.

This is the first time I have touched programming, only had discussions about it on school which I finished nearly 10 years ago. So I am having a hard time regarding what I can have done wrong.

Anyone seen this issue before, or should I just update the firmware to see if this is the issue?
