Hello johnwayne11, I have reproduced your problem, you have the problem with the firewall settings. The reason your UAExpert is able to connect, seems like you are running KEPServerEX and UA Expert in the same Operating System which does not go through any firewall. Seems you have disabled the firewall settings of your Operating System (Windows). Please try to: Enable your Windows Firewall Settings from: Control Panel - System and Security - Windows Defender Firewall and Turn ON for the network (Private or Public) you can do both or make sure the one you use. Go to Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security, Create a new rule for Inbound Rules, here please allow TCP port 49320 (KEPServerEX port for the communication- it was default Port ) After the firewall settings it will work.
