I installed simatic manager and in parametrage interface PG / PC, there were the communication interfaces: MPI, PLCSIM ... but before yesterday I did the update of PLSIM 13 sp1 in PLCSIM V13 SP2, And when I launched the installation it asked me if I want to overwrite everything already installed or not, and I chose yes to do the installation, but today I wanted to recover a program of " An S7-300, when I plugged in the MPI cable and wanted to recover the program, I received an error message that said: impossible to establish communication, and I opened parametrage interface PG / PC, but it does not show me anything so I can choose the speed of communication.

Then I started the repair, the modification and even the reinstallation, but in the parameterization of the interface PG / PC does not show me nothing and there I am planted and I do not know what to do, I really need Of your help, I am in troubleshooting, thank you for helping me and good evening at all.

finally i reinstall my system and after install SIMATIC MANAGER ,it 's work now
