Problem between Desigo CC v4.0 and LG VRV BACnet GW

Hi everyone,

We have a problem when connecting LG VRV BACnet gateway to Desigo CC v4.0. 

Desigo CC didn't display all points of LG Gateway in device discovery.

But when we use BACnet Object Browser app, it can display all points of Gateway.

Did anyone have the same problem? How to fix it?

Hi HuyThuat92,

there is an error importing partial device in case the device has proprietary objects, the problem is solved with the release 4.1. To check if this is the case please open a Support Request.
