problem during retrieving

hi all.

i archive one file from a project and save that file in a CD.

i retrieve that file on other pc without any problem.

i saved that file on usb memory and retrieved that file on laptop but there was a problem in retrieving:

"problems occurred while retrieving one or more files.the retrieved project might already exist."

please help

can you named the exactly path's you use?

If you retrive a project and select a storage location which allready contain a project with the same name like the archived then you get this message.

With TIA is not possible to overwrite existing projects during the retrieve process.

In Step7 Classic the retrieved data first stored in S7TMP Folder and then moved to the specified Storage Location, if a project allready exists then Step7 popup a message what you would do (Overwrite, Cancel, renam...)

This comfort functionality is not implemented in TIA !
