Problem message date and time

robcll Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone, I have a problem with messages date and time on PCS7. The system is PCS7 v6.1 sp1, For some alarms, I have noticed a strange behaviour: when the alarm becomes active (incoming), date and time is displayed correctly on the operator stations, but as soon as the alarm outgoes the date and time become invalid (I mean that date and time of the alarm are strikethrough as soon as the alarm outgoes). Someone has any suggestion for this problem? Date and time displayed is correct....and after acknowledgment of the alarm, the problem continues...

Oreca Platinum Expert Joined: 3/14/2008 Last visit: 10/8/2025 Posts: 2218 Rating: (985)	Hi Normally, these alarms can popup when an alarm message block or a technological block (like valve/motor etc) is removed from CFC charts while WinCC is in runtime. I've had several problems with this as well, but I solved them every time by restarting WinCC runtime on the server(s). Possibly you have to do it twice-> Exit runtime, Start runtime, Exit runtime, Start runtime. Maybe the following FAQ's can help you... Did you change anything in the multiproject and downloaded to the PLC? Or does this suddenly occur?
