I have an S7-1214 CPU, and TIA Portal V15.1. I need to send email via gmail account with T_MAIL_C function.
Please see the attached picture.
What settings i need?

Are you using the TMAIL_C function?

The structure of the instance DB you are showing does not match the parameters of TMAIL_C, as you can see i the following document, and in the discussion that follows:

That picture is the data structure from the T_MAIL_C instance DB.
See the attached picture. This is the data structure for the block call.
I think I have a problem with the authentication...

As you can see on your first Screenshot you have to use SSL/TLS connection. The S7 1200 does not support SSL with TMail_C. Chose a Mail provider which accepts connections without SSL/TLS encryption. Or you have to use CP 1243-1 Communication Module.

 On TIA V16 SSL/TLS encryption of email is supported on S7-1200 v4.4+.

Improved performance of the statements "Serialize: Serialize", "Deserialize: Deserialize" and "CMP" (comparator) for S7-1500

I strongly suggest to upgrade to Portal V16 if possible. Sending unencrypted e-mail or any form of unencrypted communication in the wild (Internet) with a PLC is asking for problems in 2020.
